[ Castiel's breathing is still labored and his shoulder is burning again when the ache had receded, but he's in the better position with Dean know, and he knows it. Dean is now as secure in the backseat as he would be in the trunk, Castiel thinks, and so it should be an easy, uneventful drive.

Dean's offer is a transparent plight to escape, and Castiel is tired of being underestimated. He levels Dean a long, frustrated stare. ]
